Refund policy

Returns

1) We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its unopened original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

3) The postal fees for this kind of a return are on the customer. We will dismiss the returned product if:

– The product shows signs of visible use or natural wear

– The product is damaged as a result of return transport

 

We reimburse the price of returned items (excluding duties, local taxes, shipping costs or other expenses).

To start a return, you need to contact us at info@thepavonini.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Return costs are not covered by The Pavonini. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if you have received an imperfect or different product than ordered, please contact us on info@thepavonini.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges unless the reason for the exchange is mentioned below "Damages an issues".

 

Unclaimed packages

For all unclaimed packages, you will be debited all fees in connection with both delivery and the return delivery, including any taxes and duties.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
